DSA Conventional Machining

Daudsons has several light and heavy conventional machine shops in-house with a wide capability of performing some of the following primary machining processes: 

1. Milling
2. Turning
3. Grooving
4. Boring
5. Facing
6. Deep Hole Drilling
7. Knurling
8. Profile Turning 
9. Copy Turning 
   
   

Most of our conventional machining shops are utilized for in-house production of parts that are used in assemblies or sub-assemblies of various DSA products. However, our facilities can be enhanced by increasing the number of shifts or by increasing number of machines for accommodating external work orders as well.
